Cancellations must be communicated in email to inquiry@swremotemed.com. The timing of the cancellation notification in reference to the course start date will determine whether tuition fees are: refunded, credited or forfeited.
Start date = 1st day of online course section or in-person section (whichever is sooner). Notification deadlines are as follows:
-Cancellations made 48-hours or more from start date = Full refund less $35 administrative fee
–Cancellations made within 48 hours of course start will forfeit their tuition*.
