Southwest Remote Medicine started out in 2021 as an authorized provider of Desert Mountain Medicine’s wilderness medicine curriculum. Frequently students and programs would ask what to buy, or how to make their own kits. It became obvious that there was a need for thoughtful, well made First Aid Kits. While the instructors still teach time to time, the company pivoted to designing and producing new medical kits to answer this need. Our first kits will be available January 2027.
While we started in Tucson, Arizona, we have relocated to South Florida.
